About Us
Dazzling delicious was borne out of a deep passion for baking!
Initially, it was just one of many hobbies, baking for friends and family, until word spread and the demand started to grow. Over time, the business changed direction to focus on plant-based, vegan & gluten-free, primarily due to my own health struggles and thereafter wanting to make a positive impact on the environment.
Noticing that the selection of tasty, plant-based treats was sorely lacking, I was determined to develop recipes that didn't compromise on taste and quality, while maintaining my signature elegant style.
Fuelled by my intense love and unbridled passion for baking, after many months of trial and error and qualifying as a Pastry Chef, I am eager to share my creations!
